Submit a deletion request
You can initiate account deletion using either of these methods:
- Open lemon, go to Me > Feedback, and state that you want to permanently delete your account.
- Email KaraThomas442984@outlook.com from the email address registered with your account.
Include your registered email address or lemon user ID. For your security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion begins. Never send us your password.
Request account deletionWhat deletion includes
- Your account and public profile are removed.
- Your profile information and user content are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
- Unused Coins and virtual items are forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days after ownership verification, unless a longer period is legally required.
Deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account and remaining virtual items cannot be restored.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited records when required by law, necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, or maintain transaction records. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only for the required period.
Apple purchase history
Deleting your lemon account does not delete purchase records maintained independently by Apple. Contact Apple regarding Apple Account purchase history or refund requests.
