1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lemon mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using lemon, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use lemon.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. lemon is not intended for minors. We may suspend or delete an account if we reasonably believe its user is under 18.
3. Your Account
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Community Conduct
You may not use lemon to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or harm another person.
- Post illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
- Share another person's private information without authorization.
- Send spam, scams, malicious links, or unauthorized promotions.
- Attempt to bypass safety controls, access another account, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer lemon except where law permits.
- Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or manipulate content or activity.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote lemon, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content. We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, operate the service, or comply with law.
6. Safety, Reports, and Enforcement
lemon provides reporting and blocking controls, but we cannot guarantee the identity, behavior, or statements of any user. Use good judgment when interacting with others. We may investigate reports and take action including content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
7. Coins and Virtual Items
- Coins and virtual gifts are digital items usable only within lemon. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred outside permitted features, or redeemed for money.
- Coin purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple's terms.
- Apple controls billing and refund decisions. Refunds are available only when required by law or approved under Apple's policies.
- We may change the availability, features, or use of virtual items where permitted by law.
- Unused Coins and virtual items may be forfeited when an account is permanently deleted or terminated for serious violations.
8. Permissions and Communications
Some features require device permissions, such as camera or microphone access. You control these permissions through iOS Settings. If you enable notifications, we may send service messages about account and app activity. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
9. Intellectual Property
lemon and its software, design, branding, and service content, excluding user content, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use lemon for its intended purpose.
10. Account Deletion and Termination
You may request permanent account deletion by following our account deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse lemon. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Third-Party Services
lemon may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, or release updates needed for security, compatibility, or service operation. We will provide notice when required by law.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lemon is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every user is who they claim to be, or that all content will be accurate or appropriate. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from lemon. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to lemon or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use lemon after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
